Björkar i höstskrud - förvandlade till en pastellteckning med hjälp av photoshop och texturen kk_isobel.

Fototriss - Stillhet

Naturens stillhet är det bästa jag vet. En stund utomhus - i trädgården, i skogen, på promenad - ger välbehövligt avbrott från alla de oönskade, artificiella ljud som oavbrutet omger mig.

The stillness of Nature is the best thing I know. A moment out of doors - in the garden, in the woods, on a walk - gives me a much needed break from all the unwanted, artificial sounds that surround me constantly.

Photo Art Friday - Sky

Vid den senaste fullmånen fotade jag månen och ett par gatulampor här på våran gata. Jag höll ett hemmagjort filter framför objektivet och behandlade bilden i photoshop genom att först göra om bilden till sepia och sedan lägga på texturen ppda impressionist brush 2.

Harvest Moon and a couple of street lights. For this shot I used a home made star filter in front of the lens and then I changed it into sepia. Finally I added the texture ppda impressionist brush 2.

Droppar i olika färger

Det är alltid spännande att fotografera vattendroppar. Att försöka få till en spegling av omgivningen, eller, bara att få se vilka färger dropparna får.

It's nice to take shots of droplets. To try and get a reflection of the surrounding area, or, simply to watch which colours will appear.

(Texture Tuesday) Vindruvor och pumpor

Nu skördar jag vindruvor och njuter av de söta druvorna! Pumporna, däremot, har inte blivit så stora som jag hade hoppats. Det var nog för torrt i början av sommaren och jag borde ha vattnat. Men de är vackra att titta på...

I'm harvesting and enjoying the taste of sweet grapes! The Pumpkins, on the other hand, are not as large as I would have expected. I think summer was too dry to begin with, and I really should have watered them. But anyhow, they are nice to look at...
