Kanadagäss och svanar i svartvitt
De blir allt vanligare i våra trakter - Kanadagässen. Ganska stiliga är de allt...men svanar tillhör ändå mina favoriter.
The Canadian geese are becoming more and more common here in Sweden. They are quite pretty...but nothing like the Swans.

En enkel liten sparv
Gråsparvarna är tillbaka. Under de senaste åren har jag bara sett dem sporadiskt, men nu är de här igen! Vi verkar ha fler småfåglar än vanligt hos oss - och det är riktigt glädjande.
The House sparrows are back. During the last couple of years I've only seen them sporadically, but they are now back again! Actually, we seem to have more birds in our garden than usual - which is really nice.

Hög tid att mata småfåglarna
Solrosfrön och talgbollar står på inköpslistan - det går åt en hel del under vintern. De små fåglarna behöver ju också mat, eller hur?
I have to buy more sunflower seeds and tallow for the birds - they eat a lot during winter, don't they?

Fågelliv vid havet
Det är fart på fåglarna. De har minsann inte tid att sitta på sin rumpa och vänta på bättre tider. Nej, är man fågel gäller det att leta efter föda. Fast en och annan paus kan man kanske unna sig... som Truten gör...
The birds are busy by the sea. No rest - always hunting for food. A short break now and then - like the Sea Gull - and then back to business again.

Herr och fru Gräsand är ute och promenerar. Visst är det ett stiligt par!
