Photo Art Friday - Inspiration for the year 2013
Dagens utmaning hos Pixel Dust Photo Art gäller ett ord som inspiration för det nya året. Ett ord..? Jag slår två flugor i en smäll: mindfulness och träning. Att se och njuta av här och nu och att träna kroppen till att bli starkare och vigare, är vad jag hoppas på.

Även om jag avskyr spindlar och ryser när jag ser dem så är din bild väldigt fin;) Kram/Monne
Jättefin bild och så passande till temat och din tanke på träning. Det är mitt mål med med träning, må bra, bli starkare och försöka hålla sjukdom borta.

Nothing works harder towards a goal than the tiny spider on her web ... you are mindful to equate your goal to nature and your fitness will come with the same commitment. Very good choices and wonderfully illustrated.
