Sky Watch Friday - the Golden Birch Tree

På min promenad genom skogen i går morse...

On my walk through the woods yesterday morning...

...såg jag en björk med blad av renaste guld!

...I saw a Birch Tree with leaves made of purest gold!

Skogens guld får onekligen en ny betydelse så här års! Vackert! Är det ett litet flygplan man ser ovanför björken?

Ha en fin helg! Kram Karin

The golden leaves against the clear, blue sky is such a happy combination, like a treasure chest of autumn.

What a wonderful place to take a walk!
The birch is beautiful against that blue sky! I noticed the plane you caught too - a little extra bonus in the sky.

Thanks so much for visiting my 'moon' post.

I don't know of many pictures that could be lovelier than the first one in this post. The path is beckoning to be walked. How very beautiful.

Birches are such delicate, maidenly trees dressed in their best golden robes for autumn.
Your second photo transports me back in space and time to my homeland in Latvia. The combination of Oak and Birch is so dear to me.

Katarina,

Interesting post label.
I like it. Very creative.
We have no wooded area in or around our small property but we do have some nice parks and pine lands near by.
You've inspired me to to get off the sofa and get out there and be venturous.
Thanks for the kick in the ___.

How wonderful..
Would love to walk there between the birch trees and watch the leaves falling down. Do you have any interesting mushrooms? Perhaps some Birch Polypores? They grow on old Birch wood.
I post my mushroom pictures under:
